Torrevento Ottagono Nero di Troia Castel del Monte Riserva D.O.C.G.

Produced in an old vineyard at the foot of the castle at 500 meters above sea level, it obtained recognition as the first DOCG Nero di Troia Castel del Monte in 2014. The recognition of the DOCG stamp is the culmination of 30 years of work and experimentation on the indigenous Nero di Troia vine.
