Obtained by the vinification of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and other sardinian native grapes. e maceration of the skins in the must is carried out for about three weeks to allow the release of noble substances and color. It ages for eighteen months in French oak barrels and after bottling rests in bottle for several months.
