From the vineyard of the same name facing south west and from the selection of the best Marze Mothers, re-planted on wild plants with a wise hand by the "Veterans" of the Company. Grapes with a distinct characteristic, good consistency of peel and excellent concentration in the pulp that give rise, through careful vinification treatment to Brunello Ugolaia, fermented for 18/20 days in barrels from 6 to 15 Hl. in compliance with the production specification. Elegance, vigor, and race recognizable in the great years alone as a tangible sign of a good identity of land.
