Fermentation: Started by selected yeasts. The fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 25-28°C.
Extraction: Traditional remounts respecting the characteristics of the fruit.
Maceration: Post-fermentation maceration takes place for 4-5 days.
Aging in French and American oak barrels for 6 months.
Punti Ferrer Chardonnay Signature
Fermentation: Started by selected yeasts.
The fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures between 14-16ºC.
Aging In stainless steel tanks.
Punti Ferrer Chardonnay Reserve
Fermentation: Started by selected yeasts. The fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures between 14-16 °C. After the fermentation is finished, the wine is kept on its lees for 2 months making "batonagge" once a week.
Aging: 40% of the wine goes to oak barrels for 3 months and 60% of the wine is aged in stainless steel.
Punti Ferrer Sauvignon Blanc Signature
Fermentation: Started by selected yeasts. The fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures between 14 - 16ºC.
Maceration: A short press maceration is carried out at 10ºC for 4 hours.
Aging in stainless steel tanks.
Estampa Carmenere Malbec Reserva
Reserva Carmenere wine is a red assembly, from 100% of the Colchagua Valley.
For this variety, we select 25 hectares of our own vineyards with mass selection plants. The soils where it develops are deep with good drainage and clay type, the climate is warm and dry during the ripening period of the grapes.
Estampa Viognier Chardonnay Reserva
Reserva Viognier wine is a white assembly, 100% from the Colchagua Valley. For this variety, we select 7 hectares of our own vineyards with mass selection plants from the Marchigüe subregion. The soils where it develops have a certain clay content on a granite matrix. This area has a greater influence of coastal wind, because it is approximately 60 km away. of the Pacific Ocean.
