Punti Ferrer Chardonnay Reserve

Fermentation: Started by selected yeasts. The fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures between 14-16 °C. After the fermentation is finished, the wine is kept on its lees for 2 months making "batonagge" once a week.
Aging: 40% of the wine goes to oak barrels for 3 months and 60% of the wine is aged in stainless steel.

Description

Visual: straw yellow color with golden reflections. Nose: Fruit aromas such as pineapple, peaches and pears with small mineral touches.
Mouth: The entry into the mouth is fresh, of good volume with a pleasant acidity.
Pairing: Fish, seafood, cheeses, pasta.
Tº of service: 10 - 12ºC
