Punti Ferrer Carmenere Gran Reserva

Fermentation: Started by selected yeasts. The fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures between 25-28 °C.
Extraction: Traditional remounts respecting the characteristics of the fruit.
Maceration: Pre-fermentative maceration in cold for 5 days at 7 °C.
Aging in French and American oak barrels for 10 months.
