Punti Ferrer Pinot Noir Reserve

Fermentation: Started by selected yeasts. The fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 25-28°C.
Extraction: Traditional remounts respecting the characteristics of the fruit.
Maceration: Post-fermentation maceration takes place for 4-5 days.
Aging in French and American oak barrels for 6 months.
