de-stemming. Vatting time of 21 to 30 days. Half of the wine is aged in
oak vat and the other half in old barriques during 12 to 14 months.

Description
Tasting Notes: Red Châteauneuf-du-Pape have intense color (purple and
dark red) during their first years. After several years in the cellar
the dress turns ruby and aromas of red fruits, leather and underbrush
come out. The palate displays the pure expression of a unique terroir
with silky and smooth tannins.
