The grapes, harvested at full maturity, are subjected to a short maceration before soft pressing. The must thus obtained is cooled and started for fermentation at a controlled temperature. The grapes selected in the hill vineyards of the area of the Fiano di Avellino DOCG, come from vineyards located between 300 and 600 meters above sea level. Straw yellow in color, our Fiano has obvious hints of pear, hazelnut and linde
